Toni was nothing short of fantastic to work with. She represented us this past summer on our purchase of a home in Sunset Cliffs, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Our situation was not an easy one: Toni got our offer accepted with a financing contingency, even though there was a backup all-cash offer on the table that was higher than ours. That alone tells you the caliber of advocate she is. From offer through closing, she guided us through every step of the process and made sure we understood the ins and outs at each stage. She also helped us secure an excellent home warranty, which has already proven helpful since we moved in. And she went above and beyond at closing — she surprised us with a brand-new, top-of-the-line microwave and brought champagne (and nonalcoholic champagne) so we could toast the new home together. We recently worked with Toni to purchase an investment property in the La Mesa area, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Toni was incredibly patient, showing us numerous properties until we found the right one. Our deal was quite complex, involving a property with liens and pending lawsuits, but Toni expertly mediated with the seller, resolved conflicts, and helped finalize the deal. Even after the property closed, Toni continued to assist us. The seller had not updated the MLS and there were outstanding issues, but Toni worked diligently with the MLS to get everything updated. Her dedication and support throughout the entire process were invaluable. We highly recommend Toni and wish her all the best in her future endeavors!
